This week marks the one-year Anniversary of Puppet Tears: Puppetry Shop Talk. And who better to help us celebrate than the man who coined 'puppet tears' in the first place -- Jim Kroupa!? Jim is a life-long puppet artist, whose career began with Kermit Love, then founded the 3-Design Studio, leading into his work as a builder with the Jim Henson Company. All the time performing on some of the most recognizable puppet TV shows of all time.
As our first returning guest, Jim caught us up on some of his newest projects, including work for LEGO Land Dubai, Sesame Place, and on a new top-secret-ish television show coming (maybe) to Apple TV + later this year. We also get to have him share some classic Puppet Tear stories we didn't get to the first time he was on the show ... including one mishap with a very famous dinosaur.
