Puppet Tears second 'Very Special Special' goes COWABUNGA as we learn about the Cookie Monster photo puppet replica from Hasbro's HasLab! This crowd-funding project is the brain-child of Bill Rawley, Muppet devotee and Senior Product Design Manager at Hasbro.
